Moksha Collective was founded to bridge the gap in mental health care for immigrants, children of immigrants, and people of color, with a focus on South Asian and Indian-Caribbean communities. This practice understands the profound impact of cultural stigma, family expectations, and the fear of being misunderstood, creating a space where these challenges are met with care and compassion.
At its core, Moksha Collective embraces the essence of moksha—liberation—to help individuals and couples break free from the weight of cultural expectations and personal struggles. It’s a space where tradition is honored, struggles are validated, and healing becomes attainable.
